Orders

  • Our jackets run true to size. If you're unsure which size to choose, I recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit and room to grow. A detailed sizing chart is included with each item for reference.

  • Because each jacket is tailored just for you, I’m unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help and will do everything I can to make things right for you!

  • At this time, I only work with the jackets I provide to ensure the best quality and durability.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

  • Orders are shipped via USPS by default, but you may select another major carrier at checkout if preferred. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

  • Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, depending on order volume. If you need your jacket by a specific date (birthday, travel, etc.), please include that in the order notes. If you need it even sooner, a rush fee option is available, and I always do my best to accommodate.

Product FAQ

  • When placing an order, please specify the patches you love or a theme you envision (e.g., pink and girly, beach lover, car lover, sports fan). Simply include your request at checkout. Within 72 hours, you'll receive a mock-up via email or text for approval. I’ll make as many revisions as needed—nothing ships until you absolutely love it!

  • Each patch is double reinforced—first ironed on, then sewn for extra durability.

  • For best results, gently hand wash your jacket to maintain its condition. If machine washing is absolutely necessary, wash separately on a cold, gentle cycle and hang dry.

  • Long names can be tricky, but there are always creative options! Names can be placed at the bottom of the jacket, arranged in a rainbow formation, or designed with smaller letters. Monogram options are also available.

  • Your jacket will always feel full and vibrant! I ask clients to choose their top 10 favorite patches, and I will fill in as needed. You will receive a mock-up for approval before anything is permanently adhered.

  • No problem! I can usually source almost any patch upon request. Just reach out, and I’ll do my best to find it for you. Please note that this may slightly extend the turnaround time.

  • There are plenty of ways to make your jacket extra special! Available add-ons include:
    ✔ Rhinestones

     ✔ A sewn-in ruffle

  • I offer jackets in all sizes, from babies and toddlers to kids and adults! If you need specific sizing details, please refer to the sizing chart included with each item.

  • Yes! In addition to jackets, I offer custom backpacks and sweatshirts, with more items like belt bags coming soon. Stay tuned for new additions!

Custom Orders & Parties

  • Absolutely! If you have a unique idea in mind, I’d love to bring it to life. Send me a message, and let’s create something special together.

  • Never say never! While this isn’t an official option yet, I’m excited to explore this idea. If you're interested in hosting a custom jacket party for birthdays or special events, please send an inquiry via email, and let’s make something magical!

Payments & Gifts

  • I accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment options available at checkout. If you prefer to pay via Venmo or Zelle, I can send an invoice upon request.

  • Yes! If your order is a gift, I can include a special note—just leave your message in the order notes at checkout. Gift wrapping may also be available upon request.
